MSA update

Timing at the MSA is looking more to toward Spring than Winter. We finally got our bank loan but frankly it was not good enough. We are continuing to work on another option for the loan. While I know it is sad to not be open as soon as possible the overall project will be so much better in the long run. We have been making revisions that will for sure please you all.
